The company, the fleet, the network
Three things you are actually buying
The company
A Toronto operator with a corporate desk
We are a licensed chauffeured-transportation company based in Toronto, built around account management rather than a dispatch queue. Roadshows, conferences and executive travel are held by a named coordinator who knows the whole schedule, and the phone is answered at 3 a.m.
The fleet
Nine classes, sized to the bags as well as the seats
Executive and luxury sedans, executive and luxury SUVs, stretch limousines, executive Sprinters, fourteen-seat shuttles, mini coaches and full-size motor coaches. Every vehicle carries Wi-Fi, charging and water; every class is listed with its real seat and luggage count.
The network
Accredited affiliates in 87 countries
Outside Ontario we work through affiliate operators vetted for licensing, insurance and chauffeur conduct, and we stay the contracting party. You book, change and pay with us, and the standard is ours in Chicago, London, Dubai and Tokyo alike.
Where the journey starts
Every gateway a traveller arrives through
An airport pickup, an FBO pickup and a railway station pickup follow three different sets of rules. Each gateway below has its own page, its own directory and its own operating notes.
Airport transfers
Meet-and-greet at 271 commercial airports and private fields, with the waiting window measured from touchdown and the flight watched from the airline feed.
Airports we serve →
Private aviation & FBO
Tail-number tracking, handler liaison and a car staged before the aircraft blocks in. Ramp-side wherever the field permits, lobby-side where it does not.
FBOs and private fields →
Cruise & seaport transfers
148 terminals worldwide. Embarkation runs planned back from the boarding cut-off, disembarkation pickups that wait for customs rather than the clock.
Cruise terminals →
Railway station transfers
Union Station, Penn Station, Chicago Union, St Pancras and 176 more, with the exit and the permitted pickup zone named on your confirmation.
Rail stations →
Corporate accounts & roadshows
Dedicated account management, traveller profiles, cost-centre invoicing and financial roadshows run to the minute by one coordinator.
Open an account →
Trade shows, sports & events
Delegate shuttles and speaker cars at 190 venues, game-day movements, concerts, galas and the FIFA World Cup 2026 host cities.
Venues and events →87 countries one reservation desk, our own fleet in Toronto and accredited affiliates everywhere else
Reserve
One reservation desk for every country above
Enter a pickup and a destination in the form at the top of the page for a fixed, all-inclusive fare. Tolls, parking at the pickup point and standard gratuity are already in the figure.
Open the reservation form at the top of the page
Multi-vehicle programmes, roadshows and group movements are quoted by a person: call (877) 860-3388 or send the outline and an account manager replies with a written proposal.
Beyond the transfer
Hourly, intercity, shuttle and celebration transport
Hourly chauffeur
The car and chauffeur stay at your disposal for the block of hours you reserve; the itinerary is yours to change.
As-directed hire →City to city
Toronto to Montreal or Ottawa, Buffalo to Toronto, New York to Boston: one fixed fare, door to door.
Intercity routes →Executive shuttle
Sprinters, mini coaches and full-size coaches on scheduled loops between hotels, venues and terminals.
Group transportation →Weddings & celebrations
Stretch limousines, luxury SUVs and guest shuttles rehearsed against the ceremony and reception timings.
Occasion transport →How every booking is run
Six commitments, written into the confirmation
A written fare before the car moves
Every quote states what it includes. No surge pricing, no meter, and no line items discovered on the invoice afterwards.
Arrivals tracked, not assumed
Flight numbers, tail numbers, vessel names and train services are monitored from the operator feed. Delays move the chauffeur; they do not move the price.
Chauffeurs, not drivers
Commercially licensed, commercially insured, background-checked and uniformed. Rideshare drivers in a black car do not meet that bar and are never dispatched.
One account manager for the whole programme
Roadshows, conferences and multi-city itineraries are held by a named person who knows every leg, reachable on a direct line at any hour.
Discretion by default
Unbadged vehicles, confidentiality agreements signed on request, and no passenger names on signage unless you ask for them.
A dispatcher awake in every time zone
Bookings, changes and last-minute additions are answered around the clock, because the fleet is on the road around the clock.
The fleet
From an executive sedan to a 56-seat motor coach
A sedan that seats three carries three suitcases, not six, and a stretch limousine is the wrong vehicle for an airport run however good it looks in the photographs. Our fleet page lists every class with its comfortable seating, its luggage capacity and its cabin features, so the right vehicle is chosen before the day rather than at the kerb.
For travel managers and executive assistants
One supplier, one invoice, every city
A corporate account replaces a folder of local car companies with a single agreement. Traveller profiles, preferred vehicle classes, purchase-order and cost-centre billing, and a monthly statement showing who travelled where, are standard. Financial roadshows and investor days are planned as a programme and run by one coordinator from the first pickup to the last drop.
Technology
What runs in the background
Live arrival tracking
Flights, private aircraft, vessels and trains are followed from the operator feed, and the chauffeur is re-timed automatically.
Chauffeur location sharing
A link with the vehicle position and the chauffeur's name and number is sent when the car is dispatched.
Online booking and payment
A fixed fare, card payment and a confirmation email in under two minutes, from any device, with no account required.
In-vehicle Wi-Fi and power
Every sedan, SUV and Sprinter carries a hotspot and USB-C or 110V charging so work does not stop at the kerb.
GPS-monitored fleet
Every vehicle reports its position to dispatch, which is how a coordinator can re-route a roadshow while it is moving.
Account reporting
Corporate clients receive monthly statements by traveller, cost centre and city, exportable for expense and duty-of-care review.
Travel hub
Flights, hotels, resorts, activities, car rental and cruises
The rest of the trip can be arranged beside the car. Our travel hub runs on BookingWorldwide.net, so the transfer is timed against confirmed flight and hotel details instead of a guess.
Flights
Commercial fares on the same itinerary as the car that meets the flight.

Frequently asked questions
Is CorporateBlackLimousine.com an operator or a booking site?
Both, deliberately. In the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario the vehicles and chauffeurs are our own. Beyond that, bookings are fulfilled by affiliate operators we have vetted for licensing, insurance and chauffeur standards, and every journey is confirmed, tracked and invoiced by us. You never deal with the affiliate directly unless you want to.
How is the fare calculated?
Transfers are priced as a fixed fare for the journey, based on distance, vehicle class and the time of day. Hourly bookings are priced per hour with a minimum. The quote you see in the booker or receive by email is the amount charged, with tolls, parking at the pickup point and standard gratuity already included. Nothing is added afterwards unless you change the booking.
What happens if my flight is early or late?
Give us the flight number and we follow it from the airline feed. An early arrival brings the chauffeur forward; a delay pushes the pickup back. The free waiting period is measured from the moment the aircraft lands, not from the time on the original booking, so a delayed flight never becomes a waiting charge.
How long does the chauffeur wait?
Forty-five minutes after a domestic arrival and sixty minutes after an international one are included. At cruise terminals the allowance is sixty minutes from the ship's actual clearance, and at railway stations fifteen minutes from the train's arrival. Beyond those windows waiting is billed in fifteen-minute steps at the rate for the vehicle class.
Where does the chauffeur meet me?
At airports, inside the arrivals hall with a name board unless you prefer kerbside. At FBOs, in the lounge or on the ramp depending on what the field permits. At cruise terminals, at the designated pickup area outside the customs exit. At railway stations, at the exit named in your confirmation, because most large stations have several and choosing the wrong one costs ten minutes.
Do you serve private aviation terminals?
Yes. We coordinate with your handler or flight department, track the tail number, and stage the vehicle at the FBO before the aircraft blocks in. Ramp-side collection is arranged in advance where the airport authority allows it; where it does not, the chauffeur meets you inside the FBO.
Can you collect from a cruise ship?
Yes, and we treat it differently from an airport pickup. We check the berth against the port's schedule on the day, size the vehicle to cruise luggage rather than to passenger count, and hold through the customs and immigration queue at no extra charge.
Do you meet trains?
Yes. Union Station in Toronto, Gare Centrale in Montreal, Penn Station and Moynihan in New York, Chicago Union, Washington Union, St Pancras and the other stations on our rail page are all regular pickups. Give us the train service and we monitor it the same way we monitor a flight.
