One reservation desk reaches all of them. Licensing, insurance and chauffeur standards differ from country to country, so each market is verified on its own terms before it appears here.

Coverage means a licensed, insured, vetted chauffeur can be dispatched to our standard, not that we garage vehicles there. Markets are added when a client needs one and a partner passes vetting.

Cross-border
Three things that change at a frontier
Who may carry whom
Many countries forbid a foreign-plated vehicle from doing purely domestic passenger work. A Toronto car can take you to Buffalo; it usually cannot then run you around Buffalo for a day. We hand over to a local vehicle where the law requires it.
Border time
Crossing time is read from the CBSA and CBP feeds on the day and built into the departure, and the confirmation says which documents the chauffeur will present for the vehicle as well as for you.
Insurance
Commercial cover does not automatically follow a vehicle across every border. Where it does not, cover is extended in advance or a locally insured affiliate takes over at the crossing, and corporate clients get that in writing.
Sources
For Canada and the United States we work from Transport Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency and US Customs and Border Protection. In the United Kingdom, road licensing sits with the local authority and airside matters with the Civil Aviation Authority.
