Flight, tail or train number
Switches on arrival tracking so a delay moves the chauffeur rather than costing you waiting time.
Ship and sailing date
Lets us confirm the terminal and the berthing schedule rather than the one printed on the ticket.
Luggage and equipment
Cases, golf bags, skis, instruments, strollers: we size the vehicle to what is travelling before dispatch.
Child seats and access
Ages and weights for seats, and any mobility needs, so the right vehicle and equipment leave the garage.
How reservations work
Payment, confirmation and changes
Payment
Credit or debit card at the time of reservation. The card is authorised, not charged, until the journey is complete unless the booking is inside its cancellation window. Corporate accounts are invoiced instead. See payments.
Confirmation
An email with the fare, the vehicle class, the meeting point and the cancellation window follows within minutes. No reservation is live until that email arrives.
Changes and cancellation
Reply to the confirmation or call the desk at any hour. Changes outside the cancellation window are free; a higher class or a longer booking is re-quoted in writing first. See the cancellation policy.
Programmes are quoted by a person
Roadshows, conference shuttles, group movements, wedding packages and monthly standing orders come back as a written proposal, usually the same business day.
