For organisations
Corporate accounts and financial roadshows
A travel desk should not have to know which car company is reliable in Houston, which one in Frankfurt and which one at three in the morning. One agreement with us covers all of it, and one account manager answers for all of it.
Dedicated account management
What an account includes
A named account manager
One person who knows your travellers, your preferred vehicle classes and your approval rules, with a direct line that is answered at any hour. Not a ticket queue.
Traveller profiles
Seat preferences, mobile numbers for chauffeur contact, home and office addresses and any accessibility or child-seat needs, stored once and applied to every reservation.
Cost-centre billing
Reservations tagged to cost centres, projects or purchase orders at the time of booking, so the monthly invoice reconciles without anyone chasing receipts.
Consolidated invoicing
One monthly invoice for every city, with a line per journey, or separate invoices per entity or department if your finance team prefers it that way.
Duty-of-care reporting
A monthly statement of who travelled, where and when, exportable for expense audit and for the security team’s traveller-tracking obligations.
Negotiated rates
Account pricing that applies in every city on this site, with the same inclusions everywhere: tolls, pickup parking, standard waiting and gratuity.
Financial roadshows
Twelve meetings, one city, no slack
An equity or debt roadshow is a day of back-to-back investor meetings across a financial district, often in two or three cities in a week, with a party of bankers, company executives and investor-relations staff who must arrive together and on time. The transport is planned as a single programme, not as a list of transfers.
One coordinator holds the running order. Vehicles are positioned outside each meeting before the party comes down, so nobody waits on the pavement. When a meeting overruns, the coordinator re-sequences the rest of the day and pushes the revised schedule to the bankers and the company at the same time. Executive Sprinters keep the whole team in one vehicle with a table and power; luxury sedans follow for principals who need to take a call in private.
Multi-city roadshows are handed between our own team and accredited affiliates without a change of contact: you speak to the same coordinator in Toronto, New York, Boston and London.
Programmes we run
Beyond the daily transfer
Board meetings and AGMs
Directors and guests moved from airports and hotels to the venue on one schedule, with cars held on site for the day.
Executive relocation and site visits
A chauffeur for the week for an executive assessing a new market, or for a delegation touring plants and offices.
Client entertainment
Dinners, hospitality boxes and golf days where the host should never be looking at a phone for a car.
Standing orders
Recurring airport runs for commuting executives, set up once and confirmed automatically every week.
Reporting and control
What finance and security get each month
Live arrival tracking
Flights, private aircraft, vessels and trains are followed from the operator feed, and the chauffeur is re-timed automatically.
Chauffeur location sharing
A link with the vehicle position and the chauffeur's name and number is sent when the car is dispatched.
Online booking and payment
A fixed fare, card payment and a confirmation email in under two minutes, from any device, with no account required.
In-vehicle Wi-Fi and power
Every sedan, SUV and Sprinter carries a hotspot and USB-C or 110V charging so work does not stop at the kerb.
GPS-monitored fleet
Every vehicle reports its position to dispatch, which is how a coordinator can re-route a roadshow while it is moving.
Account reporting
Corporate clients receive monthly statements by traveller, cost centre and city, exportable for expense and duty-of-care review.
Request a proposal
Tell us the shape of the programme
Approximate monthly volume, the cities involved, the vehicle classes your policy allows and any reporting format your finance team needs. An account manager replies with a written proposal, usually within one business day, and can set up a trial account for a first trip.
Certificates of insurance, additional-insured endorsements and supplier onboarding forms are handled during setup; ask for whatever your procurement team needs.
