The fleet
Nine classes, with the capacities printed
Seat counts are given two ways: the maximum the vehicle is certified for, and the number that travels comfortably with luggage. Luggage is counted in full-size checked cases. If your party is near either limit, we send the next class up at no argument.
Vehicle classes
Choose by what you are carrying, not by what looks best
The examples named in each class are representative models. The exact vehicle is confirmed on the booking, and we substitute only within the same class or above.
Executive Sedan
Typical vehicles: Cadillac XTS, Lincoln Continental, Genesis G90
- Rear climate and audio controls
- USB-C charging
- Bottled water
- Privacy tint
The vehicle most corporate travel policies are written around: quiet, discreet, and roomy enough for a laptop to stay open between the airport and the office.
Luxury Sedan
Typical vehicles: Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8 L
- Reclining rear seats
- Heated and ventilated seating
- Rear-seat entertainment
- Wi-Fi hotspot
Reserved for principals, board members and guests whose arrival will be noticed. Long-wheelbase cars only.
Executive SUV
Typical vehicles: Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL, Ford Expedition MAX
- Four-wheel drive
- Three rows
- Rear climate control
- Roof-height cargo bay
The default airport and rail vehicle for families and small teams, because six full-size cases and a pushchair do not fit in a sedan.
Luxury SUV
Typical vehicles: Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Navigator L, Mercedes-Benz GLS
- Captain's chairs in the second row
- Leather throughout
- Privacy glass
- Individual climate zones
What most VIP guest movements go out in: the presence of a flagship sedan with the luggage space of a van.
Stretch Limousine
Typical vehicles: Lincoln and Chrysler stretch limousines
- Wraparound seating
- Bar area with ice and glassware
- Mood lighting
- Privacy divider
Weddings, anniversaries and nights out. Not a luggage vehicle and not an airport vehicle; the right car for a celebration and the wrong one for a transfer.
Executive Sprinter
Typical vehicles: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter executive conversion
- Forward-facing captain's chairs
- Conference table option
- Power at every seat
- Standing headroom
A boardroom on the move. Deal teams, film crews and roadshow parties travel together and keep working.
Sprinter Shuttle
Typical vehicles: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter high-roof, Ford Transit 350 HD
- Overhead luggage racks
- Rear cargo area
- Individual reading lights
- USB charging
The workhorse of trade-show and wedding-guest loops: fourteen seats, fourteen bags, and a wide side door that keeps boarding quick.
Mini Coach
Typical vehicles: Grech GM33, Freightliner S2C, Temsa TS30
- Reclining coach seats
- Under-floor luggage bays
- PA system
- On-board washroom on selected units
Conference delegations, sports squads and site-visit groups that outgrow a Sprinter but do not need a full coach.
Motor Coach
Typical vehicles: Prevost H3-45, MCI J4500, Van Hool CX45
- Washroom
- Wi-Fi
- 110V outlets
- Reclining seats with footrests
- Full under-floor luggage capacity
Stadium, convention and cruise-pier movements at scale, dispatched in convoy with a lead vehicle where the group needs it.

Things that displace luggage
Golf bags, ski bags, instrument cases, camera equipment, strollers and exhibition display cases all take more room than a suitcase. Tell us what is travelling and we will size the vehicle to it, or add a separate luggage vehicle for large groups, before the day rather than at the kerb.
In every vehicle
Standard equipment
Connectivity
Wi-Fi hotspot in every sedan, SUV and Sprinter; coaches carry Wi-Fi as standard on multi-day work.
Power
USB-C in sedans and SUVs, 110V outlets in Sprinters and coaches, so a laptop lasts the journey.
Comfort
Chilled bottled water, tissues, climate control from the rear seat, and privacy tint on every class.
Safety
Child seats in three stages on request, GPS reporting to dispatch, and vehicles under three years old in the core classes.
