A wedding car has one job that no other booking has: to be photographed. The vehicle is presented in showroom condition, the route is driven in advance, and the timings are rehearsed against the ceremony rather than guessed on the morning.

The couple, the party and the guests
The couple usually travel in a stretch limousine or a luxury sedan, ribboned on request, with a chauffeur in a dark suit who knows to hold the door for the photographs and to keep the car out of the shot when asked. The vehicle is detailed the morning of the wedding, not the night before.
The wedding party moves in luxury SUVs or a stretch, timed so that the party arrives before the couple and nobody is waiting on a pavement in formal wear.
The guests travel by Sprinter shuttle or mini coach between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception, with return runs in waves through the evening so the last dance is not cut short by a shuttle timetable.

Anniversaries and birthdays
A stretch limousine or luxury sedan for the evening, with the restaurant and the return timed around dinner. Champagne on request where the law allows it.
Proms and graduations
Stretch limousines and party buses for the group, with a chauffeur briefed on the school’s drop-off rules and a parent-approved itinerary that does not change.
Galas, premieres and award nights
Arrival at the red-carpet drop in a luxury sedan or SUV, with the car held nearby and the departure arranged before the crowd.
Nights out and concerts
Dinner, the show and the late return on one hourly reservation, with no parking, no surge pricing and no argument about who is driving.
Casino, brewery and wine tours
Niagara wineries, craft-brewery trails and casino evenings as a day or evening hire, with the chauffeur handling every stop.
Holiday parties
Office Christmas and New Year events with shuttles for staff and a car for the executives, so the company’s duty of care extends to the journey home.
Funerals and memorials
Family cars and guest shuttles handled with quiet punctuality, coordinated with the funeral home and the cemetery.

Airport pickups for a visiting relative or a returning student, with a name board that says what you want it to say.
Practicalities
Minimums, decorations and what to tell us
Hourly minimums
Stretch limousines, party buses and coaches carry a five-hour minimum on celebration bookings; sedans and SUVs three hours. Wedding packages are quoted as a whole day where that is cheaper.
Decorations
Ribbons and a “Just Married” sign are fitted on request. Anything adhesive, and anything that hangs outside the vehicle, is discussed first so the paintwork survives the day.
Tell us the plan
Ceremony time, photograph locations, reception venue and the last-dance time. The route is driven beforehand and the chauffeur arrives fifteen minutes early to every pickup.
