Groups
Executive shuttle and group transportation
When more than ten people have to be in the same place at the same time, a fleet of sedans is the expensive way to fail. A shuttle programme moves the group on a schedule, with one dispatcher and a spare vehicle for the moment the plan changes.
Programmes
Five kinds of shuttle we run
Conference and trade-show loops
Continuous circuits between the hotel block and the venue, timed to the programme, with extra capacity at the opening keynote and the closing rush.
Corporate campus shuttles
Fixed-schedule runs between offices, a rail station or a park-and-ride, on a weekly contract with the same chauffeurs every day.
Wedding and event guest shuttles
Hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception, and the late-night return in waves, so nobody drives and nobody waits in the cold.
Airport and cruise-pier group transfers
Incentive groups, sports squads and tour parties moved with their luggage in one or two coaches rather than a convoy of SUVs.
Stadium and concert movements
Hospitality guests and staff delivered to the accredited drop-off, held nearby during the event and collected before the general crowd leaves.
Site visits and plant tours
Boards, analysts and delegations touring multiple locations in a day, with a coordinator on board holding the schedule.
Vehicles
Fourteen, thirty-one or fifty-six seats
The Sprinter Shuttle carries fourteen passengers with a bag each, boards quickly through a wide side door and fits where a coach cannot, which makes it the workhorse of hotel loops and wedding transport. The Executive Sprinter trades four seats for captain’s chairs, a table and power, for teams that want to work en route.
The Mini Coach seats up to thirty-one with under-floor luggage, for delegations and squads. The Motor Coach carries fifty-six with a washroom, Wi-Fi and full luggage bays, and is the right answer for cruise piers, stadiums and conventions at scale.
Every shuttle programme includes a dispatcher who watches the vehicles on GPS, a lead contact for the organiser, and a spare vehicle on standby for programmes over three vehicles.
