What we do
Fourteen services, one reservation desk
Every service below is operated to the same written standard: a fixed fare confirmed before the vehicle moves, an arrival that is tracked rather than assumed, and a licensed, insured, uniformed chauffeur. What changes is the timing rule, the vehicle and the briefing.
Gateways
Arrivals and departures
Four kinds of terminal, four sets of rules. The pages behind each card carry the full directory and the operating notes a chauffeur works from.
Airport Transfers
A greeter in the arrivals hall, a chauffeur already watching the flight, and a car sized to the luggage rather than to the headcount.
Details and directory →Meet & Greet
Named signage, a uniformed greeter and an escort from the gate side of arrivals to the vehicle, for guests who should never have to look for a car.
Details and directory →Private Aviation & FBO
Tail-number tracking, handler liaison and a vehicle staged at the FBO before the aircraft blocks in. Ramp access arranged wherever the field allows it.
Details and directory →Cruise & Seaport Transfers
Embarkation runs planned back from the boarding cut-off and disembarkation pickups that wait for the customs hall to clear, not for the clock.
Details and directory →Rail Station Transfers
Chauffeurs who know which exit of Union Station, Penn Station or St Pancras to stand at, with vehicles held in the pickup zone the station actually permits.
Details and directory →Corporate
Accounts and roadshows
Built for travel managers, executive assistants and investor-relations teams who need one supplier that behaves the same way in every city.
Corporate Accounts
A dedicated account manager, traveller profiles, cost-centre billing and month-end reporting, so a travel desk books one supplier instead of forty.
How the programme runs →Financial Roadshows
Investor days with a dozen meetings across a city and no slack between them. One coordinator, one running order, cars pre-positioned at each stop.
How the programme runs →Events
Trade shows, sport and entertainment
Trade Shows & Conventions
Delegate shuttles, speaker cars and exhibitor logistics timed to the show schedule, with drivers briefed on the loading docks and the accreditation gates.
Venues and planning →Sports, Concerts & Major Events
Game-day and show-night movements that plan for road closures, staggered egress and the hour when every other car is trying to leave at once.
Venues and planning →Hire & intercity
By the hour, between cities, in groups
Hourly Chauffeur Service
The car and chauffeur stay with you for the block of time you reserve. Change the route, add a stop, run late at dinner; nothing needs re-booking.

The service that is not advertised on the car
Some passengers should arrive without anyone knowing who they are. For those movements we use unbadged vehicles with privacy glass, chauffeurs who have signed a confidentiality agreement before the booking is confirmed, and signage that carries a codeword rather than a name. Routing is agreed with the client’s own security detail or protocol office in advance, including alternative arrival points at hotels and venues.
Consular and dignitary work follows the same pattern with two additions: the chauffeur is briefed on the order of precedence for door opening and seating, and the vehicle is positioned early enough to be inspected by the client’s team before the principal arrives.
Standards
What is the same on every job
A written fare before the car moves
Every quote states what it includes. No surge pricing, no meter, and no line items discovered on the invoice afterwards.
Arrivals tracked, not assumed
Flight numbers, tail numbers, vessel names and train services are monitored from the operator feed. Delays move the chauffeur; they do not move the price.
Chauffeurs, not drivers
Commercially licensed, commercially insured, background-checked and uniformed. Rideshare drivers in a black car do not meet that bar and are never dispatched.
One account manager for the whole programme
Roadshows, conferences and multi-city itineraries are held by a named person who knows every leg, reachable on a direct line at any hour.
Discretion by default
Unbadged vehicles, confidentiality agreements signed on request, and no passenger names on signage unless you ask for them.
A dispatcher awake in every time zone
Bookings, changes and last-minute additions are answered around the clock, because the fleet is on the road around the clock.
87 countries one reservation desk, our own fleet in Toronto and accredited affiliates everywhere else
