About the company
CorporateBlackLimousine.com is a Toronto chauffeured-transportation company organised around a corporate reservation desk: account managers, written fares, tracked arrivals and a fleet that scales from a sedan to a coach.
Structure
One company, two ways of operating
In the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario the vehicles are ours, the chauffeurs are employed by us and dispatch is in-house. This is where the standards on this site were written and where they are tested every day: Pearson and Billy Bishop arrivals, Union Station pickups, convention-centre shuttles, roadshows down Bay Street, and the wedding season in Niagara and Muskoka.
Everywhere else, the reservation is fulfilled by an affiliate operator we have vetted for licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle age and chauffeur conduct. The affiliate drives; we remain the company you booked with, the company that tracks the journey and the company that invoices. That structure is common in this industry; what differs is how carefully the affiliates are chosen and how honestly the arrangement is described. We describe it on every page.
The reservation desk is staffed around the clock because a fleet spread across time zones is always moving somewhere.
The mark
Red for the road, black for the car
The two arcs are the outline of a journey that starts and finishes with us: the red outer sweep is the route, the black inner sweep is the vehicle, and the gap between them at the sides is where the passenger steps in and out. You will see the mark on confirmations, on name boards at the airport and on the reservation engine, and never on the side of a car, because our vehicles carry no branding.

Technology
Tracking, connectivity and reporting
None of it is visible from the back seat, which is the point.
Live arrival tracking
Flights, private aircraft, vessels and trains are followed from the operator feed, and the chauffeur is re-timed automatically.
Chauffeur location sharing
A link with the vehicle position and the chauffeur's name and number is sent when the car is dispatched.
Online booking and payment
A fixed fare, card payment and a confirmation email in under two minutes, from any device, with no account required.
In-vehicle Wi-Fi and power
Every sedan, SUV and Sprinter carries a hotspot and USB-C or 110V charging so work does not stop at the kerb.
GPS-monitored fleet
Every vehicle reports its position to dispatch, which is how a coordinator can re-route a roadshow while it is moving.
Account reporting
Corporate clients receive monthly statements by traveller, cost centre and city, exportable for expense and duty-of-care review.

Standards
The six commitments
A written fare before the car moves
Every quote states what it includes. No surge pricing, no meter, and no line items discovered on the invoice afterwards.
Arrivals tracked, not assumed
Flight numbers, tail numbers, vessel names and train services are monitored from the operator feed. Delays move the chauffeur; they do not move the price.
Chauffeurs, not drivers
Commercially licensed, commercially insured, background-checked and uniformed. Rideshare drivers in a black car do not meet that bar and are never dispatched.
One account manager for the whole programme
Roadshows, conferences and multi-city itineraries are held by a named person who knows every leg, reachable on a direct line at any hour.
Discretion by default
Unbadged vehicles, confidentiality agreements signed on request, and no passenger names on signage unless you ask for them.
A dispatcher awake in every time zone
Bookings, changes and last-minute additions are answered around the clock, because the fleet is on the road around the clock.
